Guest Relations Consultant North West Province Luxury Safari Lodge

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
  
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
  
• Handle guest requests special arrangements and concierge services
  
• Ensure personalised and exceptional guest experiences at all times
  
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  
• Assist with reservations and guest communication where required
  
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently
  
• Maintain high standards of presentation in guest-facing areas
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations or front office within luxury hospitality
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  
• Professional presentation and guest-focused attitude
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
  
• Ability to work in a remote live-in lodge environment
