Guest Assistant Luxury Wine Estate Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is your chance to be the face of the estate delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Salary: R13000 R15000 per month

Live-out position

The Role:

Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism

Provide information and recommendations about the estate and surrounding attractions

Assist with reservations bookings and guest enquiries

Support tasting sessions tours and estate events as required

Maintain front-of-house areas to the highest presentation standards

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

Friendly approachable and highly guest-focused personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organised proactive and able to work independently

Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous
