As a Growth Marketing Specialist youll play a key role in helping businesses scale by driving customer acquisition improving retention and optimising every stage of the customer journey. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing scalable growth marketing strategies
• Driving customer acquisition engagement retention and revenue growth
• Optimising conversion funnels and customer lifecycle campaigns
• Running data-driven experiments and A/B tests
• Analysing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
• Managing multi-channel growth initiatives and budgets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
• Leveraging analytics automation and personalisation to improve results
• Reporting on growth performance and business impact
• Keeping up to date with emerging growth marketing trends and tools

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business Communications Economics or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing Performance Marketing Digital Marketing Demand Generation or a related field
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive customer acquisition engagement retention and revenue growth
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and analysing performance data to drive optimisation
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Exposure to product-led growth SaaS subscription-based businesses or eCommerce environments will be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition retention lifecycle marketing conversion rate optimisation and growth frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Looker Studio Mixpanel Amplitude or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience conducting A/B testing funnel analysis customer journey mapping and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of paid media SEO content marketing email marketing CRM marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot Salesforce Marketo Braze Klaviyo or similar CRM and automation tools.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measurable outcomes experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics HubSpot Growth Marketing Digital Marketing or related disciplines will be advantageous
