Job Summary
A well-established and respected financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Group Benefits Senior Representative & Service Manager to join its Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong technical knowledge of group risk retirement funds medical aid and employee benefits administration.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Relevant qualification in Finance Employee Benefits Business Administration or a related field.
RE5 qualification advantageous.
Minimum 5 years experience within Employee Benefits Retirement Funds Group Risk or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of pension funds provident funds group life disability funeral and medical aid products.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel when required.
