Group Treasury and Compliance Manager

Ready to own the entire risk and control environment for a multi-entity apparel brands groupWere recruiting on behalf of a well-established multi-entity group based in Cape Town with operations spanning several business units under one umbrella. Theyre looking for a finance all-rounder to take the reins on treasury compliance procurement tax and insurance.

This is a broad group-level mandate. Youll be the person who holds the full risk and governance picture together working across entities and functions rather than sitting in one narrow lane. Its a high-visibility seat ideal for someone who wants real ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management payments and liquidity planning across all entities
• Lead audit planning and drive regulatory compliance group-wide
• Direct group procurement strategy and supplier governance
• Prepare and submit group income tax returns and maintain accurate tax records
• Manage group insurance policies coverage and claims coordination

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
• CA(SA) qualification
• 2-5 years progressive finance experience including multi-entity treasury or cash management audit and third-party relationship management skills
