Group General Manager

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy or Business Management (or a related field)
  

• Proven track record achieving monthly revenue targets
  

• Experience managing multi-location teams (10 members)
  

• Experience recruiting sales/BD teams and designing bonus schemes
  

• Willingness to lead marketing roll out (direct experience preferred but not mandatory)
  

• Deep knowledge of Solar PV installation & electrical systems
  

• Valid drivers license passport and SA ID/work permit
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver entity-level monthly revenue targets
  

• Lead annual & quarterly strategic planning KPIs and resource allocation
  

• Execute end-to-end group marketing plan (central strategy local adaptation)
  

• Recruit onboard and coach Sales Reps & Business Developers for each entity
  

• Design and manage transparent bonus pool tied to targets
  

• Provide firm fair leadership across project managers site teams and support staff
  

• Ensure compliance with Solar PV regulations safety and SOPs
  

• Use ZOHO to track pipelines revenue campaigns and bonus accruals
