Senior FP&A Data Guru Needed! A leading company with international footprints is looking for a sharp and curious Group FP &A Senior Analyst to be part of their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology requiring strong systems expertise and a deep understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes. You will report to the Group Commercial Finance Manager as well as collaborate with finance systems teams external vendors and regional finance leaders to deliver a successful rollout and adoption of the new tool. Job Description:
This position involves:
- Contributing to the design configuration and rollout of the FP&A tool ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Overseeing data cleansing migration and reconciliation to ensure integrity and execute UAT
- Defining reporting hierarchies and structures for scalability
- Validating system integration and quality assurance in partnership with IT and vendors
- Contributing to the Design and configuring the structure of the three core financial statements (P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) within the FP&A system ensuring accurate linkage and interdependencies for integrated reporting and forecasting
- Enabling automation of budgeting forecasting and reporting processes
- Supporting Power BI integration and data model setup
- Delivering training and changing management programs for finance teams
- Optimizing month-end close and variance analysis workflows
Skills & Experience:
- 8 years in finance or FP&A with proven experience implementing FP&A/ERP systems
- Strong understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes
- Familiarity with FP&A tools (Planful Vena Adaptive Insights or similar)
- Exposure to multinational environments and complex reporting structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledgeable of Power BI or other BI tools (non-negotiable)
