An established and fast-growing manufacturing group is seeking a highly skilled CA(SA) to join their finance function as a Group Financial Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing group reporting processes overseeing consolidations across multiple entities and providing valuable financial insights to senior leadership.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage group consolidations across multiple business entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare and review annual financial statements.
• Drive reporting accuracy and ensure timely submission of financial information.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process.
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support across the group.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and reporting processes.
• Partner with executive management by delivering insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

• Qualified CA(SA).
• 3 to 7 years of post-articles experience.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Proven experience with group consolidations.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting standards.
• Experience within a multi-entity or group environment will be advantageous.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Exposure to listed entities or large group structures.
• Experience managing complex reporting and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency working with ERP systems.
