Group Financial Manager Up to R.00 Stellenbosch
Our client is looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager who is ready to step into a high-impact role overseeing the financial function of a dynamic business.
This is an opportunity for a CA(SA) with strong technical expertise commercial acumen and international exposure to join a business where your experience will truly make a difference.

What Theyre Looking For:
- CA(SA) qualification essential
- 10 years relevant finance experience
- Strong Group Financial Reporting experience
- Experience within FMCG or Retail would be highly advantageous
- International exposure and experience working across multiple entities/environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Syspro
- Excellent understanding of IFRS financial reporting and statutory requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Comfortable communicating across different levels of the organisation
What Youll Be Doing:
As the Group Financial Manager youll play a key role in driving the financial performance of the group including:Overseeing group financial reporting and consolidation
Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
Providing meaningful financial insights to senior management
Driving budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Managing cash flow and working capital
Strengthening financial controls and governance
Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making
Managing and developing the finance team
Working with multiple entities and stakeholders including international operations
