Job Description:
This role involves:
- Leading the monthly group consolidation process and preparation of management accounts
- Overseeing annual statutory consolidations and group financial statements (AFS)
- Planning and managing the group audit process coordinating with auditors and regional teams
- Driving standardisation of reporting and ensure full IFRS compliance across the group
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of group reporting systems (e.g. Finnivo)
- Managing head office financial accounting for multiple entities (UK & South Africa)
- Overseeing cash flow management budgeting and expenditure monitoring
- Maintaining key financial registers including risk capex leases and contracts
- Ensuring strong internal controls reconciliations and governance frameworks
- Supporting leadership with analytics investigations and strategic finance projects
- 5 years commercial experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidations
- Proven experience in financial reporting audit coordination and compliance
- Ability to operate in a complex multi-entity multinational environment
- Strong analytical skills
