Graduate Trainee Human Resources

Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Human Resources hosted within our Human Resources Department. The successful applicants will gain practical experience and mentorship across the following key areas:

Payroll

• Assist with processing payroll data and maintaining accurate employee records
• Support salary calculations deductions and statutory compliance requirements
• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data integrity
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries under supervision

Training and Development

• Support the coordination and delivery of training programes
• Coordinate training schedules resources and participant records
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Qualifications :

Requirements 

• Completed Matric / Grade 12 
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or any other relevant Degree/Diploma
