Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with the design and development of mechanical systems and equipment
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Support senior engineers with project execution and technical investigations
- Participate in product design testing validation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct engineering calculations and performance analyses
- Assist with prototype development and evaluation
- Liaise with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards
- Support new product introduction and design improvement projects
- Perform root-cause analysis and assist with corrective action implementation
- Assist in material selection cost reduction and value engineering activities
- Participate in quality inspections and testing procedures
- Help develop bills of materials and technical specifications
- Support project planning scheduling and progress reporting
- Engage with suppliers and external stakeholders regarding technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards safety regulations and quality management systems
- Contribute to research and development projects aimed at improving product performance and manufacturing efficiency
