Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to gain practical experience in Human Resources with a specific focus on recruitment and selection. The role will support the Human Resources team with administrative and operational recruitment processes while developing professional skills legislative knowledge and best practices in talent acquisition ultimately contributing to the organisations human capital strategy.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective recruitment and selection process
- Maintain a pipeline of internal and external talent
- Manage recruitment administration including job advertisements shortlisting and issuing letters of regret

- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Numerical proficiency

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources Management
- Exposure interest or experience in recruitment will be a determining factor
- Valid drivers license required
