Skills & Experience:
- Create manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads
- Develop keyword strategies that improve visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximise campaign performance
- Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend
- Execute and evaluate A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor performance metrics and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Implement tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Manage campaigns across Search Display Shopping Performance Max and YouTube
- Work closely with broader Digital Marketing Content SEO and Design teams to achieve business objectives. Hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC principles audience targeting bidding strategies and keyword research
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking tools
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimisation decisions
- Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Looker Studio Microsoft Ads Meta Ads or eCommerce advertising platforms will be advantageous
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field
- Google Ads Certifications are highly beneficial
- Google Analytics Certifications advantageous
