Geologist

• Conduct geological mapping sampling and data collection activities to support exploration and mining operations.
• Monitor and maintain geological databases models and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with QAQC standards and geological best practices.
• Interpret geological data and provide technical recommendations to support operational and resource planning decisions.
• Support exploration resource evaluation and mine planning activities.
• Prepare geological reports presentations and technical documentation.
• Monitor ore quality and assist with grade control and reconciliation processes.
• Utilise geological software and data analysis tools to support geological modelling and reporting.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to optimise resource extraction and quality management.

• Grade 12
• BSc Hons Degree in Geology or Equivalent
• 58 years experience in geology exploration and quality management within a mining environment
• Experience in exploration geological mapping sampling and resource evaluation
• Knowledge of QAQC principles geological modelling and grade control practices
• Proficiency in geological software (SURPAC) and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: R800K - R1.1mil P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
