Job Description
Job Purpose
- To pack various products in accordance to set specifications to enable packing department to operate uninterrupted 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the SOPs procedures.
- Receiving raw materials accurately from Suppliers.
- Follow FIFO protocols when pulling raw materials for batches.
- Pulls weighs and returns raw materials needed to produce batches.
- Verifies raw materials being weighed against official blending record.
- Records all pertinent raw material information on official blending record for traceability.
- Maintains accurate batch records required for Food Safety.
- Notifies appropriate management of documentation discrepancies.
- Reports all quality related issues.
- Responsible daily scale verification.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Stacking and wrapping final products batches on pallets
- Housekeeping of the area Clean as you go.
