The Role
As a General Sales Assistant you will help support daily sales activities provide excellent customer service and assist with promotions and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated enjoys working with people and is keen to develop a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and daily objectives
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional service
- Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Maintain accurate sales customer and inventory records
- Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend training to develop product knowledge and sales skills
- Help organize and support sales events and exhibitions.
