Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the lodge
  

• Lead and motivate the lodge team to deliver exceptional standards of service
  

• Ensure an outstanding and personalised guest experience
  

• Maintain high operational hospitality and service standards across the property
  

• Oversee staff performance training and development
  

• Manage operational budgets and contribute to the lodges financial performance
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests suppliers and stakeholders
  

• Ensure the property is consistently maintained to luxury standards
  

• Drive a positive team culture and lead by example
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
  

• Strong operational and leadership capabilities
  

• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  

• Sound financial and administrative understanding
  

• Ability to lead motivate and develop a diverse team
  

• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  

• Professional confident and well-presented manner
  

• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  

• The ability to work effectively in a remote lodge environment
