Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure dining kitchen and service areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Wash dishes utensils and catering equipment as required.
- Assist with receiving storing and rotating stock according to company procedures.
- Support cash handling and point-of-sale activities where applicable.
- Adhere to food safety hygiene health and safety standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining and serving areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.
- Perform any additional duties required to support catering operations.
