• Ensure accurate and efficient order processing by applying fulfilment methods and system knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Centre of Excellence (COE) KPIs and service ratings
• Enhance the customer buying experience through professional service system utilisation and process compliance
• Support customer queries complaints and general enquiries by applying sound problem-solving techniques
• Execute order management tasks and administration following through from order placement to final delivery
• Ensure all processes are adhered to and aligned with PG Bisons operational excellence standards

• Grade 12 / Matric
• BCom Degree in Marketing Sales or Supply Chain
• 2 years experience in a related order fulfilment or customer service environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer orientation
• Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook) Internet navigation ERP systems LTQ and OCR
• Attention to detail and accuracy-driven
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
