Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable customer-focused and hardworking Petrol Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service safely dispensing fuel handling payments and maintaining a clean and safe forecourt environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.

Process cash card and other payment transactions.

Check and top up vehicle fluids such as oil water and windscreen washer fluid when requested.

Check tyre pressure and provide basic vehicle assistance.

Maintain cleanliness of fuel pumps forecourt areas and workstations.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Report equipment faults fuel leaks or safety hazards immediately.

Assist customers with general enquiries and directions.

Promote fuel station products services and special offers.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.

Previous experience in a fuel station or customer service environment will be advantageous.

Ability to work shifts weekends and public holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
