Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and meal serving.
- Prepare dining and service areas before meal periods.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens serving areas dining rooms and equipment.
- Wash dishes utensils and catering equipment as required.
- Follow food safety health and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required.
- Support stock rotation and waste minimisation practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond positively to customer requests.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety requirements.
