FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Location:Cape Town
Salary:R50 000 per month with 13th cheque
We are recruiting an experiencedFood & Beverage Managerfor a leading hospitality group in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum4 years experienceas a Food & Beverage Manager within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Management / Hospitality Management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience managing restaurant and bar operations stock control budgets food costs and service standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Must currently reside in Cape Town.
- Only candidates with relevant Food & Beverage Management experience will be considered.
Desired Experience & Qualification
