Front of House Reservations Luxury Hotel Restaurant Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Reservations professional to join a luxury hotel restaurant in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong reservations and guest relations experience excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Previous reservations or Front of House experience within a luxury hotel restaurant or 5-star environment
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage reservations accurately and efficiently
- Professional presentation and a warm confident personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems advantageous
