This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests delivering polished service and supporting the smooth running of the front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm professional and attentive guest service
  
• Assist with daily front-of-house operations
  
• Lead by example and support junior service staff
  
• Maintain exceptional service standards
  
• Assist with table allocations reservations and guest requests
  
• Maintain strong menu food wine and beverage knowledge
  
• Liaise with the kitchen and management team
  
• Handle guest feedback professionally
  
• Assist with opening closing cash-ups and operational duties
  
• Help create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant boutique hotel or similar environment
  
• Strong à la carte service experience
  
• Supervisory or front-of-house management experience advantageous
  
• Excellent food wine and beverage knowledge
  
• Confident polished and guest-focused
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Calm and organised during busy services
  
• Hands-on team player
  
• Professional presentation and genuine passion for hospitality
