Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the daily coordination and scheduling of company vehicles plant and equipment.
Monitor vehicle movements using fleet tracking systems and maintain accurate utilisation records.
Coordinate vehicle servicing preventative maintenance repairs and inspections to minimise downtime.
Maintain fleet documentation including licences registrations insurance permits service records and inspection reports.
Ensure vehicles and equipment comply with company policies statutory requirements and safety regulations.
Record fuel consumption kilometre readings maintenance costs and other fleet performance data.
Liaise with drivers operators mechanics suppliers and project teams to ensure efficient fleet operations.
Assist with incident reporting vehicle breakdown coordination and accident documentation.
