• Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand specifications and requirements for the parts we need to fit and turn.
• Operate a variety of machine tools and equipment to cut shape and assemble metal components with precision.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure everythings running smoothly and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and come up with efficient solutions when things dont go as planned.
• Keep accurate records of work completed including any modifications made to ensure everything is documented for future reference.

• Proven experience as a Fitter & Turner in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
