Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Financial Systems Analyst
Ref: 5249
Location: Pretoria
Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
- National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Financial Information Systems or related field
- Post-graduate qualification in Finance Accounting Business Management advantageous
- 3 to 5 years experience in business systems and financial processes
- SAP certification (FI - Finance MM Materials Management MD- Master Data SD Sales Distributor EWM Extended Warehouse Management S/4HANA) and/or SQL advantageous
- Power BI experience
- SQL for Data Analysis experience
- Solid financial and business process understanding
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects
Key Performance Areas:
- Maintain and monitor FICO processes resolving system errors and ensuring data accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end SAP activities and financial reporting systems
- Develop and enhance SAP queries and Power BI reports to meet business needs
- Lead and support system projects and process improvements (including SAP S/4HANA)
- Coordinate system integrations and interface solutions across Group Parts systems
- Act as a key liaison between business IS and external service providers
- Provide business support user training and audit compliance for financial systems
