Job description:
- Lead the full finance function and oversee day-to-day operations
- Drive strategic budgeting forecasting and business planning processes
- Prepare and review executive and board-level financial reports
- Manage cash flow treasury and working capital initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IFRS tax regulations and internal controls
- Oversee annual audits and liaise with external stakeholders
- Review and approve financial statements and statutory submissions
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
- Partner with executive management to drive strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Financial Management experience
- Proven leadership experience within a finance environment
- Strong commercial and strategic finance capability
- Team management experience
- Strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Qualification:
- CA(SA) designation
- Relevant post-articles experience
