Reporting directly to the CFO you will take full ownership of the finance function providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring operational excellence across the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
CIMA SAIPA or equivalent professional accounting qualificationMinimum 5 years experience in a senior finance leadership role
Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
Sound knowledge of IFRS and South African tax legislation
Experience withinshipping maritime freight forwarding logistics or related industrieswill be highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reportsLead budgeting forecasting cash flow management and variance analysis
Drive profitability and revenue analysis to support commercial decision-making
Ensure compliance with IFRS SARS CIPC and all statutory requirements
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and efficiencies
Lead mentor and develop the finance team
