Job Description:
This position involves:
- Analysing financial performance identifying trends risks and opportunities
- Preparing monthly management reports and executive dashboard reporting
- Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decisions
- Assisting with budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- Conducting variance analysis and providing meaningful commentary to leadership
- Developing automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency accuracy and visibility of financial information
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring expenditure aligns with approved budgets and business objectives
- Creating interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards that transform complex financial data into actionable insights
- Supporting month-end reporting processes project forecasts and financial control activities
- 3-5 years experience within Financial Analysis FP&A Management Accounting or Commercial Finance
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Power BI SQL SAP Oracle or similar reporting systems (advantageous)
- CA(SA) ACMA CGMA CIMA SAIPA or SAICA articles
