Financial Accountant (Retail)

Duties:

• Process and reconcile daily sales cash and bank transactions

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting schedules

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Assist with budgeting cash flow monitoring and stock reconciliations

• Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance

• Prepare VAT submissions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Accounting Finance or a related field

• 3 years of accounting experience preferably within the retail sector

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
