Job Summary
An established and growing organisation is looking for a driven and detail-orientedFinancial Accountantto join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has completed their articles and gained valuable post-articles commercial experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting compliance budgeting support and financial analysis while working closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS taxation requirements and company policies
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls
- Support external and internal audit processes
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management
- Assist with cash flow management and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies
- Collaborate with various departments to support business objectives
Minimum Requirements
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Completed Articles (essential)
- 1-3 years post-articles commercial experience
- Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous
- Completed articles and post articles experience
- Bcom Degree completed
