Job Description:
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS for SMEs
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and process journal entries
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations statutory requirements and internal controls
- Manage VAT and income tax submissions and liaise with authorities
- Monitor cash flow perform bank reconciliations and support treasury functions
- Identify and implement process improvements within finance operations
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 35 years experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (SAP Sage Oracle or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
- Professional qualification (CA(SA) ACCA or CIMA) preferred or in progress
