- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $113K pa to $125K pa super (Clerk Grade 7/8)

As a Finance Systems Analyst youll play a key role in optimising financial systems and improving how data reporting and processes work across the organisation. This is a hands-on problem-solving role where youll work with people across the business to turn complex needs into practical system solutions.
About the role
Youll support and enhance our ERP environment (myWorkZone) ensuring systems are configured effectively data is accurate and reporting meets business needs. From testing system changes to supporting data migration and continuous improvement your work will directly influence how finance operates across the department.
What youll be doing
- Configuring and maintaining finance systems to reflect business and organisational changes
- Improving reporting tools and processes to enhance accuracy and usability
- Planning and delivering testing (including UAT and regression testing) for system updates
- Creating clear documentation user guides and process materials
- Supporting data migration reconciliation and issue resolution to ensure stable operations
- Working with stakeholders across the business to optimise system use and reduce manual processes
Who you are
Youre a naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys getting to the why behind issues and improving how things work. You bring together strong interpersonal skills and technical confidence comfortable working across teams building trust and translating complex system or finance concepts into simple practical guidance others can use.
Youll have demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems as well as sound experience applying testing methodologies to support system configuration and enhancements.
Youll understand the importance of data integrity controls and accurate reporting and take pride in getting the details right.
Youre proactive solutions-focused and motivated to continuously improve processes systems and user experienceusing technology to reduce manual work and deliver better outcomes.
