Finance Officer

• A problem-solver who spots a variance before it becomes a crisis
• An operator who can run payroll reconcile accounts and still hit every statutory deadline without missing a beat
• Someone who wants their financial acumen to fund justice not just profit

What you bring:

• A bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field
• Completed SAICA articles our first prize or completed SAIPA articles
• Eligibility for registration with a recognised professional accounting body (SAICA or SAIPA) as a professional accountant is essential. You dont need to be registered yet well support your registration once youre on board
• 3 years of finance experience; grant management exposure is a strong advantage
• Experience with Pastel Evolution and advanced MS Excel skills
• Payroll experience is a bonus

What youll own:

Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping accounts payable/receivable banking and payments budgeting and forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting payroll and staff expense administration audit coordination statutory compliance (SARS UIF Compensation Fund) risk management and full grants administration including donor reporting and compliance.
