Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the full finance function including accounting reporting and financial controls.
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports budgets forecasts and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal policies and statutory requirements.
Manage cash flow forecasting working capital and financial planning processes.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Monitor costs identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors when required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (CA(SA) CIMA ACCA or similar) advantageous.
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior finance role.
Proven experience managing financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles controls and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
