A leading organisation is seeking a qualified CA(SA) to join its finance team as a Financial Manager FP&A. This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant who is looking to build a career in commercial finance financial planning analysis and strategic decision-making.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business through forecasting budgeting reporting and financial analysis. Working closely with senior leadership you will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making drive financial planning processes and identify opportunities to improve business performance. The role also offers exposure to annual financial statements group reporting compliance audits governance and a variety of high-impact finance projects.
This position offers an excellent platform for a finance professional who wants to gain broad commercial exposure while developing into a strategic finance leader.


Skills & Experience:

• Strong financial planning and analysis capability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong financial reporting and forecasting experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis advantageous
• Highly motivated with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
