Job Summary
A well-established and growing business in the healthcare and laboratory services sector is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and provide strategic financial support to the business.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
BCom Accounting Finance or a related qualification.
CA(SA) CIMA SAIPA or other relevant professional designation would be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior finance/accounting role ideally including management-level experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting budgeting and cash flow management.
Experience managing and developing a finance team.
Strong knowledge of VAT and statutory compliance requirements.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems experience.
Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with senior management.
Experience within a healthcare laboratory medical services or similarly regulated environment would be advantageous.
