Take full responsibility for leading the finance team ensuring all deadlines and outputs are delivered accurately and on time Drive the complete month-end close including preparation of management accounts and reporting Review and approve reconciliations VAT returns and all critical financial deliverables Manage billing cycles debit orders cash receipting and allocation of funds Oversee owner disbursements across multiple portfolios ensuring strict adherence to timelines Approve EFT payments while maintaining robust banking controls and compliance standards Serve as the key systems owner across all finance platforms Compile audit packs and ensure full adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements
CIMA qualification 24 years post-articles experience within the private sector Exposure to commercial property is highly beneficial Familiarity with finance systems such as MRI EFTsure and AP Automate is advantageous Demonstrated experience as a Financial Manager with end-to-end ownership of the finance function Strong leadership capability with proven ability to manage and develop a team High level of accuracy with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously Experience operating in multi-entity structures or high-volume environments Solid grounding in financial controls compliance and reporting

Required Education:
CIMA qualification24 years post-articles experience within the private sectorExposure to commercial property is highly beneficialWorking knowledge of Sage Pastel Partner and payroll systemsSolid Excel and general MS Office capabilityComfortable in a trusted hands-on role with minimal oversight
