FINANCE MANAGER (CIMA) - R75k pm - MILNERTON

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for leading the finance team ensuring all deadlines and outputs are delivered accurately and on time
  • Drive the complete month-end close including preparation of management accounts and reporting
  • Review and approve reconciliations VAT returns and all critical financial deliverables
  • Manage billing cycles debit orders cash receipting and allocation of funds
  • Oversee owner disbursements across multiple portfolios ensuring strict adherence to timelines
  • Approve EFT payments while maintaining robust banking controls and compliance standards
  • Serve as the key systems owner across all finance platforms
  • Compile audit packs and ensure full adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements


  • Requirements
  • CIMA qualification
  • 24 years post-articles experience within the private sector
  • Exposure to commercial property is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with finance systems such as MRI EFTsure and AP Automate is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Manager with end-to-end ownership of the finance function
  • Strong leadership capability with proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • High level of accuracy with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience operating in multi-entity structures or high-volume environments
  • Solid grounding in financial controls compliance and reporting
