Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnering:Collaborate directly with the Brand CEO and Management Team to advise on and implement commercial strategies for the brand.
• Financial Planning & Analysis:Drive the three-year planning and budgeting processes preparing final submissions and quarterly financial forecasts in conjunction with executive management.
• Management Reporting:Oversee monthly quarterly and year-end financial and management reporting to provide critical business insights.
• Cash Flow & Asset Management:Control brand cash flow manage balance sheets and review fixed asset and Capex reporting.
• Governance & Reconciliations:Ensure financial accuracy by reviewing GL reconciliations and managing financial risk in alignment with industry standards.
• Team Leadership & Development:Inspire guide and manage a dedicated team fostering a high-performance culture that encourages growth and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Communication:Build strong relationships and professionally communicate financial insights to both internal executive leaders and external stakeholders.
