Job Summary
A well-established and growing organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager / CFO-Designate to take ownership of its financial operations drive financial strategy strengthen internal controls and contribute to the organisations long-term growth and commercial success.
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance or a related (SA) CIMA or another relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
Extensive experience in financial management financial control or a senior finance leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial controls.
Experience in strategic financial planning commercial analysis and business performance management.
Sound knowledge of applicable tax legislation accounting standards and statutory compliance.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic commercially minded approach with the ability to operate at both operational and executive levels.
