An exciting opportunity is available for a Finance Clerk to join a busy Finance team providing essential transactional bookkeeping and administrative support across an allocated store portfolio.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised numerically accurate and eager to build practical finance experience. Youll gain hands-on exposure to daily cash-ups reconciliations accounts payable and receivable support third-party sales processing and financial administration while working with Sage Evolution.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture daily store cash-ups onto master accounting sheets using store reports.
- Verify supporting paperwork against declared cash-ups.
- Process credit card slips into bank modules and spreadsheet logs.
- Perform transactional bank reconciliations and flag cash discrepancies.
- Download weekly sales reports from third-party vendor portals.
- Reconcile third-party sales against store declarations and incoming remittances.
- Monitor store cash collections and ensure timely banking.
- Match supplier invoices against statements and resolve administrative queries.
- Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVS)
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric with Accounting or Mathematics essential.
- Certificate Diploma or Degree in Financial Management.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
