Location: Remote (Open to top-tier talent in Latin America or South Africa)

Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Overlap Required

Compensation Package:
  • Latin America (LATAM): $2500 $3500 USD / month ($30000 $42000 USD / year)
  • South Africa (SA): $2200 $3000 USD / month ($26400 $36000 USD / year)

As our user base subscription revenue and operational infrastructure scale rapidly we are seeking a versatile high-agency Finance and Operations Lead to build and own our internal financial infrastructure.

This is a high-leverage jack-of-all-trades role for a sharp financial operator who thrives in fluid fast-moving tech environments. You will work directly with our COO and executive team taking ownership across financial modeling subscription analysis month-end closes AP/AR management investor reporting packages and ad-hoc operational analytics (e.g. cloud compute spend GPU supplier pricing and unit economics).

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Infrastructure Accounting & Month-End Close
  • Accounting & Close Operations: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping transaction categorization and month-end close workflows to ensure clean accurate financial statements.
  • AP/AR Management: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivabletracking incoming vendor invoices scheduling payments monitoring contract liabilities and enforcing payment schedules.
  • Contract & Liability Management: Audit vendor contracts track upcoming commitment schedules and maintain clear visibility into recurring operational liabilities.
2. Financial Modeling Subscription Metrics & Investor Reporting
  • Financial Model Ownership: Maintain update and refine our core internal three-statement financial model and rolling budget forecasts.
  • Subscription Economics: Analyze subscription dynamicsmodeling churn lifetime value (LTV) customer acquisition cost (CAC) retention cohorts and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) expansion.
  • Investor Reporting Packages: Architect and produce monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages delivering clear visual dashboards and executive summaries for leadership and board members.
3. Ad-Hoc Analytics Cloud Spend & Operational Support
  • Cloud & Compute Infrastructure Analysis: Run deep-dive spend reports on cloud infrastructure and AI compute consumption helping leadership monitor unit economics and cost optimization.
  • Marketing & Margin Analysis: Evaluate performance marketing spend payback periods and margin contributions across product verticals.
  • Vendor & GPU Supplier Tracking: Assist leadership with ad-hoc operational researchmonitoring GPU market pricing comparing supplier quotes and keeping pulse on hardware market dynamics.
  • Custom Reporting & Dashboarding: Build automated reporting frameworks and dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into key financial and operational metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a quantitative field.
  • Professional Experience: 36 years of combined experience in FP&A financial operations corporate accounting or business analysis within a growth-stage tech company SaaS startup or high-volume digital business.
  • Financial Modeling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excelbuilding multi-scenario financial models cohort analyses and dynamic forecasting dashboards from scratch.
  • Generalist Builder Mindset: Thrives in less-defined fast-paced environments. You dont wait for a perfectly rigid process; you identify gaps ask great questions build the system and drive it to completion.
  • Technical & Analytics Comfort: Highly tech-savvy with the ability to navigate cloud spend data database exports software subscriptions and financial automation tools quickly.
  • English Fluency: C1/C2 near-native written and spoken English with the poise and clarity needed to present complex financial insights directly to executive leadership.
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Prior experience with subscription/SaaS metrics or consumer digital platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud computing unit economics (AWS GCP specialized GPU providers).
  • Flexibility to lean deeper into either strategic FP&A/analytics or core accounting/financial management based on personal strengths and company evolution.
  • Experience working with ClickHouse or another analytical data warehouse including using SQL to query large datasets; candidates with strong analytical aptitude and a willingness to learn ClickHouse quickly are also encouraged to apply.
