Field Guide Private Safari Lodge North West
Kendrick Recruitment is looking for multiple experienced Field Guides to join a private safari lodge.
Salary: R8500 R10000 DOE
Location: North West South Africa
Role Overview
We are seeking knowledgeable professional and guest-focused Field Guides who are passionate about delivering exceptional safari experiences and interpretive guiding in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct guided game drives and bush walks (where qualified)
Deliver high-quality interpretation of fauna flora and ecology
Ensure guest safety at all times in the field
Maintain vehicles equipment and guiding standards
Provide engaging and educational guest experiences
Assist with general lodge support when required
Requirements
FGASA NQF4 Level 2 qualification
Valid PDP and relevant guiding licenses
Strong communication and guest interaction skills
Professional reliable and team-oriented approach
Passion for conservation and wildlife interpretation
Previous guiding experience in a reserve or lodge environment advantageous

A confident grounded and passionate guide who takes pride in creating meaningful guest experiences while working responsibly within a conservation environment. Female guides highly required!
Only candidates with the required FGASA qualification and relevant guiding experience will be considered.
