Job Summary
Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fibre Optic Network Planner!
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain daily as-built updates on OSP Insight and NMT
- Review as-built documentation and identify errors or incorrect labelling
- Create splice plans and route plans to support field teams
- Plan and design FTTH FTTB and FTTX fibre optic networks
- Develop network layouts for residential and multi-tenant environments
- Utilize planning tools such as NMT OSP Insight and related software
- Design splitter-based and point-to-point network solutions
- Ensure that network designs are efficient scalable and cost-effective
- Collaborate with project teams to support successful network deployment
- Maintain accurate network planning and design documentation
- Minimum 2 years experience in fibre network planning
- Experience designing FTTH FTTB and FTTX networks
- Proficiency in NMT OSP Insight or similar planning software
- Strong understanding of fibre network architecture and connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of splitter-based and point-to-point network designs
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and planning tools
