Job Summary
Nelspruit area Mpumalanga Province South Africa: Seeking a hands-on Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day farm operations. The successful candidate will be mechanically strong physically capable able to lead a team live on-site and ensure equipment and systems run efficiently and safely.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage daily operations

- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Citrus production experience
- Livestock experience
- Maintenance orientated
- Ability to motivate and work with staff
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage daily operations
- Coordinate routine tasks across the farm
- Monitor production schedules and workflow
- Ensure work is completed safely and on time
- Handle preventative maintenance and basic repairs
- Manage heavy machinery operations safely
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed
- Provide clear direction to staff/crew
- Support training and safe work practices
- Maintain strong communication across the operation
- Identify issues early and implement clear communication to the senior management
- Adapt to changing conditions (weather workload etc.)
