Our client is a well-established manufacturing business seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Factory Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting management accounts budgeting forecasting compliance and financial controls. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts reconciliations cash flow forecasts and financial reports within required timelines.
- Manage financial controls fixed assets stock WIP creditor reconciliations budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits maintain compliance with IFRS and corporate governance requirements and provide financial guidance to operational teams.
MinimumRequirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- BCom Degree in Accounting or related qualification.
- 35 years experience in a similar Finance Manager or Factory Accountant role.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Experience preparing and interpreting management accounts.
- Experience with budgeting forecasting financial controls and reconciliations.
- Manufacturing industry experience advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
