- Up to R540K C.T.C. per annum (excluding fuel and bonus).
Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree / diploma.
- Min 7-10years in a facilities / property management role with proven multi-site and contractor management expertise.
- IT Infrastructure/networking experience essential.
- Basic plumbing HVAC skills and strong OHSA compliance knowledge a MUST.
- Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to portfolio of properties essential.
