The role of EYFS Teaching Assistant will involve:

• Supporting children aged 3-4 throughout the Nursery setting
• Working alongside the teacher as a proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant
• Supporting engaging play-based learning activities
• Encouraging childrens social emotional and communication development
• Promoting positive behaviour confidence and independence
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
• Working collaboratively with teachers parents and the wider school team

The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or Nursery setting
• A nurturing patient and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for Early Years education
• A commitment to safeguarding and childrens wellbeing
